Why Ovied exists
After more than ten years designing and building websites, we kept seeing the same two problems. Some businesses had a beautiful site that sat on its own, unable to take a booking or a payment. Others had a clever system that nobody enjoyed using.
Ovied was set up to fix both halves of that at once. We design the part people see, and we build the part they never see, so the two are made to fit each other from day one.
We work with businesses of every size, from a single hair studio taking its first online bookings to agencies running complex platforms, in the UK and around the world.
Who you will work with

Ovied is a founder-led studio. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who designs and builds your project, so nothing gets lost between a salesperson, a designer and a developer.
It also means you get a direct line: no ticket queues and no account managers passing messages along. You ask a question, and the person who knows the answer replies.

We explain things in language you would use yourself. If you leave a call confused, that is our failing, not yours.
Built to last
We would rather build something sturdy and simple than something flashy that breaks. Your site should still be working well in five years.
Honest advice
If you do not need a feature, we will say so. If something should be rebuilt, or left alone, we will tell you which, and why.
Yours to keep
Your content, designs and domain are yours. We can host and look after it for you, but you are never locked in.

Our clients are spread across the UK, Canada and beyond. Calls happen by video, phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever suits you, and we work to UK hours with room to meet you in your own time zone.
