The short version

Guests scan a QR code and add their photos and videos to one shared gallery, with no app and no sign-up. We designed and built the website, the engine behind it and the dashboard hosts use to run it.

The idea is simple: print a QR code, put it on the tables, and every guest becomes a photographer. The hard part is making that feel effortless for a nervous guest on a phone, and equally effortless for the host who has paid for it.

We designed the public website and the guest experience so that scanning a code lands straight in the gallery. Behind it we built the engine that stores and serves the photos and videos, and the host dashboard where events, galleries and memorial pages are managed.

Hosts can pay by card and choose subscriptions, all handled inside the product. The site runs in six languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

What we built

  • Design The look and feel, and how people move through it.
  • Frontend The pages visitors see and use, built to work on any screen.
  • API The engine behind the site that stores and serves the information.
  • Dashboard A private control room for the team to manage their own content.
  • Payments Secure online payments, taken inside the product.
  • Subscriptions Repeat payments and memberships that renew on their own.

What it does for them

  • 01Guests share photos and videos without installing anything or creating an account.
  • 02Hosts create and manage galleries for events and memorials from one dashboard.
  • 03Payments and subscriptions are handled inside the product, with no manual invoicing.
  • 04One site serves visitors in six languages.
