A recruitment agency connecting job seekers and employers in Canada
The short version
A clear, trustworthy site for a recruitment agency, built around one question every visitor arrives with: am I looking for a job, or looking to hire?
A recruitment website has to serve two very different people at once, and make both of them feel looked after. We split the experience from the first screen: job seekers go one way, employers the other.
The design keeps everything calm and readable, with search for roles at the centre. We built the website and the engine that supplies it, covering the industries, locations, policies and common questions people look for.
